User Registration Agreement

Effective: [Insert date] • Legal entity: 1688 Bangladesh Ltd. (trading as “GoCNcart”)

1) Acceptance & updates

• By registering an account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 1688 Bangladesh Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
• We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website/app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2) Eligibility & account registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). For business accounts, you represent that you are an authorized signatory.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information (name/username, email, phone, address, password). Keep your details up to date.
• We may require verification (OTP), KYC, or supporting documents for high‑value orders, fraud prevention, or customs compliance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3) Service model (buying‑agent)

• GoCNcart primarily operates as your buying agent. At your instruction, we purchase from third‑party marketplaces/sellers (e.g., 1688, Taobao), receive goods at our China warehouse, and arrange international shipping or Bangladesh delivery.
• We are not affiliated with Alibaba Group (Alibaba, AliExpress, 1688, Taobao). Third‑party listings/data are subject to change; we do not guarantee their accuracy or manufacturer warranties.

4) Wallet, recharge, and payments

• You may place orders without a preloaded balance; unpaid orders remain in “Payment Pending” and can be canceled if not paid within 7 days.
• Wallet balance may be used to pay for orders and fees on GoCNcart only. It is non‑transferable, not interest‑bearing, and not a bank account.
• Recharge methods include (country‑dependent): local wallets/bank transfer (e.g., Nagad, bKash, Rocket, CellFin, Upay), card payments (via Stripe/Payoneer), or Binance (where permitted). See Recharge Method.
• By initiating a payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected method and that the information is accurate. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension and recovery of fees.
• Refunds (where applicable) are credited to your wallet by default; please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

5) Prices, fees, and quotes

• Unless otherwise stated, our service fee is 10% on the product price only. China domestic delivery to our warehouse, international shipping, duties/taxes, add‑ons (e.g., QC, photo, packaging), and insurance are charged separately.
• Quotes and shipping estimates may vary due to FX rates, seller updates, carrier tariffs, and volumetric weight. Final charges are based on actual/chargeable weight and selected services.
• For Bangladesh deliveries via our own line, local shipping charges are calculated by weight after arrival at our Dhaka office.

6) Shipping, customs & risk

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place). You are the Importer of Record and are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance at destination.
• Transit times are estimates only and not guarantees. Delays by carriers, customs, peak seasons, or force majeure are beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the parcel from our China warehouse. For Bangladesh (own line), charges are payable on arrival; optional door delivery via local couriers is available at additional cost.

7) QC, insurance & after‑sales

• Basic QC is a visual/quantity/model check and not a factory‑level test. Optional photo/packaging add‑ons and insurance (2% for 100% product value coverage) are available. See Insurance & Compensation.
• After‑sales/returns/claims are handled per our Refund & Return Policy. Cross‑border returns are generally not supported due to cost/customs complexity.

8) Prohibited items & compliance

• You must comply with all applicable laws (export/import, customs, sanctions/AML, consumer protection, IP). We strictly prohibit counterfeit/IP‑infringing goods and dangerous goods outside approved lines.
• Mis‑declaration is not accepted. If customs impose fines or seize goods due to inaccurate or unlawful declarations initiated by you, you are responsible for the consequences.
• Review our Restricted & Prohibited Items Policy before ordering.

9) User conduct

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse rate limits.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts and preserve logs when required by law or for investigation of policy violations.

10) Intellectual property

• Site/app content is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• By uploading content (e.g., images for reverse search), you grant us a limited license to process and use it solely to provide services; you must have the rights to such content.
• “Alibaba”, “AliExpress”, “1688”, and “Taobao” are trademarks of Alibaba Group; they are used for descriptive purposes only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Alibaba Group.

11) Suspension & termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement, suspected fraud, illegal activity, non‑payment, or legal requests. Outstanding fees remain payable.

12) Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement), to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free operation or the accuracy of third‑party data (e.g., marketplace listings, seller information, translations).

13) Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the service fees you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the event, or (b) USD 100.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1688 Bangladesh Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the services, violation of this Agreement or laws, or infringement of third‑party rights.

15) Governing law & dispute resolution

• Governing law: Bangladesh.
• Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Dhaka under the Arbitration Act, 2001, or by the competent courts in Dhaka, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws.
• If this Agreement is translated, the English version prevails.

16) Notices & communications

• We may send you service notices by email, SMS, app notifications, or within your account dashboard. You consent to receive electronic communications.
• Keep your email and phone number current to receive verification codes and notices.

17) Changes, assignment, severability

• We may update the Agreement or assign it in connection with a reorganization or transfer of business. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

19) Entire agreement & policy order

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Restricted Items Policy, Shipping/Delivery terms, Insurance & Compensation, and Recharge Method, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding registration and account use.
